authorize Service members to carry their personal gun on/off post.

Created by J.G. on April 03, 2014

As you know, Fort Hood had another incident where many were killed and injured. This could have been avoided if we change the Federal law or add one where service members let us, Soldiers, carry our personal gun on/off post. It should be a Federal law where we can have our gun anywhere we serve in the United States, Puerto Rico and US Territories. Just like a Police Officer have his/her weapon on them most of the time.

Yesterday's incident brought a very bad taste in our mouth. We need to understand that guns do not kill people. People kill people. Right now, we are sitting ducks. We have the best training in the world, yet, in an incident like this, there is nothing we can do to avoid or stop another person from killing or injuring many. I hope that Congress can do something about this.
