Authorize Social Security payments to eligible married LGBT couples regardless of their state of residency.

Created by D.M. on August 13, 2013

The Social Security Administration will not pay benefits to married LGBT couples who live in states that do not have marriage for same-sex couples. This decision is in clear violation of the recent US v. Windsor US Supreme Court ruling. We seek to allow payments to all eligible LGBT couples regardless of their state of residency.
