For so long, Americans have been confounded by the "no catching feels" movement. Memes are ubiquitous, yet the true definition escapes us. A liberal interpretation of the phrase is opaque, at best. Worse, individuals seem to have their own definition of said phrase, which only adds to the confusion. At last, We the People demand a set definition as well as an investigation as to where the phrase originates. No longer can we go about our days not knowing the emotional status of the so called "relationships" we are leading on. How is one to know that feelings are precluded in certain human interactions? The lack of such a definition is hurting all (single, probably millennial) americans, and research on this issue is of utmost import. Mr. President, please authorize a study on this issue
