The White House should authorize the U.S. Surgeon General or Secretary of Health and Human Services to educate Americans about the Affordable Care Act. Currently, a great many Americans are confused or misinformed about the Act and education about it should not be left to the whims of the political media. Educational outreach might include public service ads and a pamphlet sent to all Americans.
