Do everything humanly possible to employ nuclear weapons against ISIS in Mosul, Iraq. Turn their sandbox to a sea of glass, setting a precedent for any who would think to follow in their footsteps. Leave a scar on their collective psyche akin to the Japanese in WW2. Do not put boots on the ground. Do not attempt to be "surgical."
