Authorize the use of phyisical military force as means of penalty against cyber crime

A petition to authorize physical counter measures as penalties against cyber criminals. Measure can range from physical military involvement to missle attacks and drone strikes against cyber criminals as means to ensure that they are unable to cause futher cyber harn to America's computer networks. Also to authorize our government to utilize scare tactics to thwart cyber attacks. These would range from death threats made directly to the cyber criminal to to threats to leaders of nations in which sponser cyber warfare. These measures however, would be considered last-resort tactics as they are the most brutal and barbaric of means of response to cyber attacks
