Authorizing the Obama Administration the use of tactical nuclear weapons in response to Russian Ukraine aggression

In Reaction to overwhelming Russian ground forces this petition authorizes limited use of small tactical nuclear devices to give the administration a creditable threat to prevent the annexation of Ukraine.
Currently any US response is not practical in a timely fashion to prevent the provocative Russian action that violate Ukraine sovereignty.
The need for this high technology threat is required to give a " Roosevelt " stick to these " empty " US diplomatic words.
