Automate the federal hiring process.

There's already plenty of unclaimed jobs available, but the selection process is not uniform, and very lengthy.
Create a unified (all levels of) government jobs database:
adapting/creating computer languages necessary so various databases communicate.. would also likely employ new people for some time to come. (Eliminates having to do multiple fed/state/city registrations for job postings). When people apply for unemployment, they fill out the form below as part of registration and they are automatically listed on the jobs list.
Create a uniform (all levels of) government “check the box” resume:
Prevent discrimination on any basis by automating job matching/offers.
Create software to Add job vacancies; Scan database for match resume; Email notice to candidates; De-list accepted jobs; etc
