Automatically Impeach all of Congress for their behavior and failure to block a government shutdown.

This petition is for the immediate activation of the process for impeaching all members of congress as of date 10/17/2013 and to create a law that states that if the government suffers under another shutdown like before, that the process begins again Automatically for current members of congress at the start of the shutdown. This petition is to help prevent situations like what has happened from ever happening again as well as provide severe consequences for those that enact something that hurts millions of people.
