This would prevent voter purging by state governments for partisan political gain. Along with this, there should be a strong state election review board (strengthen this if there is one). This would ensure fair elections from state legislative to presidential elections and curb the impact of money in politics by making it easier for our democracy to be truly 'by the people & for the people.'
