void Deaths of Claimants: Make it mandatory for insurance companies to process claims without illegal delay tactics, to avoid responsibility and accountability. A Florida insured driver ran stop sign hitting us on our bikes. He risked his life saving mine, stepping over me on his bike. He suffered serious injuries. Driver did not immediately stop or report incident for weeks. Insurance company-death ear, denying his claims and low balling him for months. In Violation of ADA II, III, we were double charged, harassed, and forced from using the para transit services. During his last ride, the para transit driver, recklessly, drove off the main road, behind the mall, and over 10-12 speeding bumps, aggravating his injuries. He passed away shortly thereafter. I post this petition in his honor.
