Avoid mandates to religious institutions and their sponsored enterprises that violate basic principals

Created by L.R. on April 18, 2012

Our government must not trample upon the fundamental tenents of religious organizations or the enterprises they directly sponsor such as hospitals or charitable organizations. Forcing these organizations to participate (by direct or indirect means) in practices that are directly in violation of the long-held teachings of the faith is a violation of the religious freedoms guaranteed by our constitution.
