avoid the Second American Civil War by enacting a two-country solution.

Created by C.M. on January 19, 2013

It is my position that our politics have become so polarized, and the differences in culture between 'blue' and 'red' states have become so pronounced, that America has passed the 'point of no return'.

The escalation has gone to dangerous levels. One recent example is a small number of PA State-level Republicans trying to gerrymander the Electoral College.

Another example: sheriffs in a few 'red' states proclaiming they will not enforce any of Obama's new gun laws.

Then, there's the few thousand people in Texas that wanted to secede from the nation. There are a lot of people that agree with their position.

These events are just a small sample of what is happening across the country. I believe we have no other choice but to allow each side to have their own laws, values, and culture.
