avoid starting another war with countries that have not attacked the United States of America, namely Syria.

Created by K.B. on August 27, 2013

As a country we cannot economically afford to go to war anywhere else in the world. We cannot morally commit to sending our Soldiers in to battle when we are currently unable to take care of the Soldiers we have committed to previous battles. The appalling back log of Veterans Affairs Medical Claims, and the staggering amount of Soldier Suicides should be example enough. We are a country divided, with an almost motionless Congress, and a dire economy. We cannot allow the UN to influence our movements any more than we should allow a Government Contractor to influence our actions in times like these. We should understand that we cannot save the world with brute force, and it is not America's job to do so. Mr. President, we have a country to rebuild in our sights, not another to tear down.
