Avoid taking non-permanent, non-union people out of employment due to change of government in Puerto Rico,example ASSMCA

It is not fair that they change the people of their jobs every four years. I fear that they take me out Ana non - permanentes workers of the job because it changed the party of the government and already it is talking about those occupying positions occupied at the moment by political favoritism
