We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, Do hereby state that the bests interests of Democracy are not currently served in the form of our current Electoral College.
We do hereby insist that this system be reformed to fit the ideal of a Democracy and serve the people by assigning the Electoral Votes according to the Popular Vote.
If it cannot be reformed, it must be outright abolished, as it is an affront and mockery to the very essence of what constitutes a Democracy.
