A week ago today, Carlos Arredondo, a peace activist, volunteer and father of two deceased sons, threw himself into ground zero to save Jeff's life as if Jeff was his own son, though they were merely strangers. Jeff then went on to most likely save many more lives, all while recovering in a hospital bed from his own trauma.
