Award the Congressional Medal of Freedom to EACH teacher and administrator who gave their lives at Sandy Hook

Created by S.H. on December 19, 2012

ALL of the administrators who gave their lives for the children must be honored for being the heroes they are. Their names and ages are:

Victoria Soto; 27 (Teacher)
Rachel D'Avino; 29 (Teacher's Aide; Behavioral Therapist)
Dawn Lafferty Hochsprung; 47 (Principal)
Anne Marie Murphy; 52 (Special Education Teacher)
Lauren Rousseau; 30 (Substitute Teacher)
Mary Sherlach; 56 (Psychologist)

True acts of Heroism are so often overlooked:

Soto died hiding her students. D'Avino died sheilding her students. Hochsprung died charging at the shooter. Murphy died cradling Dylan Hockley in her arms. Rousseau was a Substitute who had always dreamed of teaching. Sherlach died charging the shooter with Hochsprung.

Please give them the National Recognition they deserve for saving countless young lives.
