Whereas Herb Alpert, pioneering musician and US Army Veteran is clearly awesome, we the undersigned implore the President of the United States to bestow the Presidential Medal of Freedom upon him.
We understand that the current immigration reform environment may bristle at the mention of his Tiajuana Brass, but as far as we know, all band members are either American citizens or resident aliens.
