Jeffrey Bauman Jr., 27 years old, identified the bombers of the tragic Boston Marathon event. The heroism and courage taken by this man to be able to identify and positively lead to those responsible for this act of terrorism is worthy of the Presidential Medal of Freedom under "meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States" recognition rules.
