We the people believe Jon Stewart's exemplary service to the country on the Daily Show over the last 17 years has taken the form of 'meritorious contribution to the security and national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural and the significant public and private endeavors' using dialogue, comedy and compassion. He deserves to be awarded The Medal of Freedom.
