The Presidential Medal of Freedom should be awarded to King Kester Emeneya. He is by far the greatest musician Africa ever had. Emeneya died in 2014 in Paris at age 57. He has done more to fight racism and poverty at a time when many were afraid to say a word. He supported Nelson Mandela's cause during apartheid and released a song promoting equality for all. Emeneya was awarded the title of Ambassador of Peace by the University of Birmingham in England. Pope Francis while receiving Emeneya's family in Vatican after his death did recognize his fight for poverty and equality for all. Emeneya was the first African musician to use music programming and synthesizer in 1987. Kester Emeneya through his foundation has helped so many who could not afford HIV treatment in developing countries.
