2004 during the battle of Fallujah, Marine Sgt. Rafael Peralta was killed in Iraq. Efforts to get his Navy Cross elevated to the Medal Honor have been denied. His fellow Marines had witnessed him falling on the grenade, even after being shot in the head. He was brain dead before falling on the grenade, is the reason the MOH was denied. This is outrageous. Please help his fellow Marines, that his actions saved, obtain his deserved MOH.
