A little known story has remained hidden in the wake of the Oregon Clackamas Town Center shooting. One man potentially saved the lives of countless victims when he drew his legally concealed firearm and confronted Jacob Roberts. If not for Nick Meli, Jacob Roberts would have continued his rampage and could have killed many more in addition to the 2 innocent lives that were lost. In addition to awarding Victoria Soto the Presidential Medal of Freedom we also ask that you award Nick Meli with the same. furthermore we ask that the light be shed nationally on what happens when law abiding citizens are allowed to exercise there 2nd amendment rights to the fullest. In addition to this we also ask that all "gun free zones" come under immediate scrutiny and eliminated for what they allow to occur
