The youth of our country have their college dreams shattered by the staggering costs of an education here in America. 23 year old Jose Beltran has been enrolled in community college for about 4 years now. He has had to work very hard to put himself through college and has been doing relatively well. It is his dream to go to a UC or CSU University to become a registered nurse. However, the cost is extremely high. Taking a student loan is out of the question because of how much money it would cost. President Obama. Help this young man make his dream come true. Award him a full tuition scholarship. You may not be able to change the lives of everyone. But for one perso, you can change the world.
