Award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Robin Mclaurin Williams, immediately and posthumously.

I hereby petition on behalf of all the citizens of the United States of America that the Presidential Medal of Freedom be awarded immediately and posthumously to Robin M. Williams of the merits that he was and will remain a national treasure for his contributions to our country in the arts, culture, charity, dedication to our armed forces, and the gift of laughter. All of which shall be recognized, recorded, and remembered. This award shall be immediately announced publicly and out of respect for Mr. Williams' family be given to them privately. I also petition that upon announcing the award bestowed to Robin M.Williams that on that day we remember the gifts that he gave all Americans and to reach out to anyone we know who may need help in his memory and honor.
