Award Purple Heart medal, with all its rights & privileges, to the military victims of the Ft. Hood massacre.

To change the classification of the Ft. Hood massacre (2009) from "workplace violence" to "combat related." Allowing the victims and survivors all rights and privileges of a combat related incident. Additionally awarding the Purple Heart medal to the said victims & survivors with all its rights, benefits, and privileges. To provide fellow U.S. Americans and survivors of this tragic event, with an update on the White House's stance concerning the attack on Ft. Hood. The White House should address allegations of "betrayal" by survivors and whereunto promises made by top White House and Dept. of Defense officials made , is in order. This statement should be concise, written and addressed to the survivors.
