Award the right to vote only to those who have paid more in income taxes than they have received in state or federal aid

Created by D.D. on November 12, 2012

The idea being that only those contributing to their country should be allowed to vote. Does not mean a person who has retired using their social security should not be allowed to vote or that a person who has used unemployment, food stamps etc. but has still paid more in income taxes should not be allowed to also vote. It does mean that some one who does live off the government not contributing to anything but the national deficit should most definitely not be allowed to vote.

If the revolutionary war was over taxation with out representation then why is it that people who do not pay taxes represent those who do?
