Award our soldiers who served in Operations Desert Shield / Desert Storm the Combat Action Badge (CAB). Provided they meet the criteria already in place. Excluding the set date. Let's show our men and women that served our nation when called to action, that we haven't forgotten their sacrifice. It would be discrimination, unfair and unpatriotic not to award them this honor when they too were exposed to enemy direct and indirect fire.
