This petition serves two purposes. The primary one is to bring aid and support to efforts being made right now by volunteers who are doing work that may save countless lives. It is risk laden, profoundly humane and very much preventable. Which is the second purpose, regardless of the success of this petition, I want this petitions simple goal to be to suggest to my fellow citizens to move money away from risking our money on a gamble, to ensuring the continued improvement of our neighbors, and their neighbors, and their families and relatives, across the globe.
