Award Tyrone Woods & Glen Doherty with the DISTINGUISHED INTELLIGENCE CROSS for their courage & valor in the Bengahzi Embassy Attack. The Distinguished Intelligence Cross is the highest decoration awarded by the United States Central Intelligence Agency. It is the agency's equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor & is frequently awarded posthumously. The cross is awarded for "a voluntary act or acts of extraordinary heroism involving the acceptance of existing dangers with conspicuous fortitude & exemplary courage."
Do to their selfless act of bravery these two Soldiers saved the lives of 30 Embassy personnel. They gave their lives in support in the face of overwhelming terrorist forces. Their heroic acts are a credit to themselves & the United States of America. May God Bless them
