Award United States Army Soldier Joshua Hargis the Medal of Honor for his bravery, loyalty and dedication to his Country

Created by K.M. on October 24, 2013

United States Army soldier Joshua Hargis' story is one of the most moving stories of wounded soldiers. Of course, the tale of the wounded soldier is one that should never have had to have been told, however Hargis' story moved Americans to tears. Hearing this story three weeks ago, prompted a second piece on NBC Nightly News to highlight the following week of the quilts that are made for soldiers by volunteers because the quilt laying on Hargis' hospital bed was a volunteer's creation. I do not think that there are enough inspiring and positive messages given about this war and that our Veterans are not given the amount of credit they deserve for giving their lives for their Country. Our soldiers represent honor, loyalty and commitment and we should treat them with the utmost respect.
