This petition would grant all Veterans access to VA dental benefits. Currently only disabled Veterans qualify for VA dental benefits. Dental is no less then medical. Dental and Medical coincide with each other. Dental is a basic healthcare issue and needs to be a part of all Veterans basic medical care.
