The six women, Dawn Hochsprung, Rachel Danino, Anne Maria Murphy, Lauren Rousseau, Mary Sherlach and Victoria Soto made the ultimate sacrifice of their lives on Friday morning at Sandy Hook Elementary to try to save the lives of the children in their charge. They deserve to be awarded these medals. In fact I would say the Vice Principal and the other teachers and the custodian in that school also deserve to be awarded for their bravery above and beyond the call of duty.
