Eliminating the tax on menstrual products is fair and right thing to do. Having a menstrual cycle is not a luxury therefore the products are necessities. It is remarkable to see other countries remove this tax before the U.S. when only 5 out of the 50 states, believe women's hygiene products are essentials. Making sanitary products tax exempt, like a bag of chips, will save women not only money but remove one more gender disadvantage.
