Our nation holds a blind eye to our youngest mothers. This countries adolescent girls are getting pregnant at an alarming rate. We as a nation provide financial assistance, education, and jobs for young adult mothers, yet our youngest mothers are looked over. Today, girls as young as 8 - 10 are having babies. Ones who keep there infants have no where to turn. This petition is to provide continued education before and after child birth, training, childcare, family planning, self defense training (due to the increased child pregnancies due to rape), aswell as financial assistance for our youngest mothers.
