To create a town in California named Hill Valley, in order for Michael J. Fox, as Marty McFly, to appear on October 21, 2015, as portrayed in the Back to the Future movie series in the nineteen eighties. Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd are national treasures and we want to see that Delorian appear out of thin air!
