This is an OpenEdu project where APA best practice is incorporated on primary and secondary levels and US Navy USMC oversight on collegiate levels is advised. I believe that utilizing BSD / Linux RPM technologies combined with structured curriculum in a secure fully automated platform an OpenEDU system, fully accredited and recognized multi-nationally for very low, or no costs to students can be created and sustained indefinitely.
