Path to Prosperity for US All proposes to amend the US Constitution and enact supporting legislation to firmly establish republican governance of all government chartered corporations and other entities, as well as republican government stewardship of all natural resources and natural monopoly sectors of the economy (http://path2prosperity4.us).
The amendment imposes three new responsibilities upon government: 1) ensuring that any entity chartered by government must be governed in a republican manner (one-person-one-vote); 2) ensuring all monopoly rents accrue only to public treasuries; 3) ensuring no involuntary servitude arises whenever a person is the object of commerce or contract.
The proposal also addresses the aging population by ending other undue paper claims to other’s labor.
