Families move in to military housing because they don’t need to worry about utilities bills everything is included. Housing is now starting to charge for electricity and water and still taking the full BAH. They should refunded us some of the BAH to be able to cover these extra expensive or not do it at all. Usually people calculate their rent and utilities within their BAH allowance housing is taking that away from us. It seems like another way for the military to get extra money.
