We the American people would like to have the United States of America Government to excuse or parden all middle class/low class debits that are outstanding. By excusing/pardoning the middle and low classes outstanding debits, this ensure that the american people can spend and get our economy back on track. By eliminating or excusing the middle class and low class debit then it would cause us to spend and create more jobs here in america. We can also move the economy in a different direction. Of course there would be stipulations that would come with the bail out of the middle and low class.
