Bailed out Banks Private Policy's. The policy's that they have started,are unfair practices. I demand answers...

My job, which I have been at for 8 years has closed. Before my final day, I contacted my bank, for help or any direction I may take. "Wells Fargo". They told me that their was nothing they could do, and the fact remained that we would lose the better interest rate on our home and personal loans, if we couldn't make the payment. So contacting them before the storm, didnt do anything. I did get unemployment, which is .25% of what I made previously, so we are struggling. Again contacted them again, and they told me nothing they could do, and if we didnt pay them within 120 days, we would be billed for the entire amount of our home. We got some money, instead of working with us, they took the money out without approval. Instead of work with us, to pay down debt, so we could make other payments
