Requesting the Federal Government to provide a tax refund of no greater than $50,000 to each family having earned an average of $50,000 over the last 3 years or any individual that has earned $60,000 over the last 3 years. The Federal Government will provide this with a direct deposit and exempt the refund as a non- taxed income and indemnify the person(s) receiving the refund for taxation for life on the specific amount refunded. The Federal Government shall oppose a tax of 2.5 percent on all gasoline or petroleum products to fund this endeavor. Further more the federal Government shall provide no interest loans to all qualified tax payers as described above, for use purchasing homes or small business loans. A criteria of specificity shall drawn up by a private group chosen by the people.
