Balance the budget and allow bills to stand or fail on their own

In an effort to balance the budget, we as a country need to make sacrifices. In an effort to close tax loopholes, instead of creating more tax laws, close them all completely. No tax write-offs for business trips or corporate vehicle maintenance or new desks etc. Eliminate expendable programs such as giving cell phones to the impoverished.There are too many fatal flaws to adequately list in a mere 800 characters. A bill should stand on its own, such as the Hurricane Relief bill which had 60 billion dollars of pork.The balanced budget amendment should be followed not as a suggestion but as law. Bring our troops home, aside from the fact that the war is over, this is another way to save money and increase income at the same time. The troops are home so you don't have to pay them hazard pay.
