Balance the budget and pay off the national debt by whatever means necessary.

Cut all government funding for programs not in the national interest , do not fund country building programs for any country but the USA,require every member of the Senate and House to submit a personal action plan for budget balancing within their own offices, disallow any government assistance to non-citizens,do not grant citizenship to the children of illegal aliens born in the USA,disallow government assistance to any person convicted of any drug related crime or any felony.Stop all borrowing from other countries, submit in clear writing a repayment plan for foreign debt owed by the USA.Require each government cabinet to cut it's budget by 20% and use that money to repay the national debt.
