Balance the budget by disbanding federal agencies which violate constitutional rights.

We the undersigned ask the Obama administration to consider balancing our federal deficit by setting into motion a plan for disbanding the agencies that enforce UN-constitutional standards and practices to include DHS, CIA, DEA, ATF, IRS, FBI, and other agencies whose purpose solely exist to violate the freedoms of law abiding Americans. Immediately stop the creation of new agencies and sign into law the American peoples right to decide by popular vote if a federal agency should be placed in charge of anything. Ending the federal governments war on freedom should be the first thing considered in budget cuts not raising taxes on anyone.
