We the people demand that before any foreign aid is given to other countries that our government must balance our own budget. How can we send money to other countries when we can not pay our own bills. If we can not pay our own bills how can we give anything to anyone else. If our government wants to continue to support other country make it mandatory for them to live within our country's means.
