We urge you, Mr. President, to submit a balanced budget to Congress for approval. We, also, urge you to refuse to sign any budget that is not balanced and continues to increase the debt. You are being fiscally irresponsible when you continue to drive up the deficit and the debt. According to the oath YOU swore to uphold -- You ONLY have three Constitutional jobs - "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution."
