Balance the budget. The President, VP, Congress, and Cabinet shall not be paid until there is a balanced viable budget.

Raising the debt ceiling is irresponsible and not an option. Stopping pay for the military is not an option. This is particularly disastrous for the young Marines, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen/women, and Coasties....they struggle enough. It is time for the leaders of this country to lead. Time to set the example; it is unacceptable to require service members to sacrifice even more due to your inability to come to a solution. Mr. President, you are no longer a Democrat or a Republican. You are the President of the United States of America and it is time to lead this nation out of debt, not further into it. WE ALL KNOW IT WILL HURT, but hurt it must. No one will be happy, but perhaps we will come out healthy. You once said raising the debt ceiling was not acceptable; make it so again.
