Balance the budget. Work with Congress to find meaningful ways to reduce Federal spending.

We must reduce spending. Tax increases alone will not balance the budget. We cannot continue to accrue debt as we have in the past.

The Federal Government (Executive and Legislative) has to compromise on the issue or a solution will never be achieved.
